Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your handmade card, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at talk@honestyrguarante.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective card, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom-made cards are non-refundable unless they do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
